What's it all about?
Wizard School was a concept that was designed to create magic and wonder, while giving children the confidence and skills to perform in front of an audience of friends and family.
The whole session starts off with a sorting ceremony, where the children into groups that are suited to their age and potential skill set. Once they are in their houses its straight to work on the magic!
The professor performs a magic effect then he has a discussion on how they think he did it. He/she then reveals the secret and teaches the process to their students.
After learning various Magic effects throughout the session, the children will get to practice their favourite effect for the end of the day show. This gives the children no time to think or stress about performing they just do it! The beauty of this is , if they can perform one magic trick for potentially 40 to 100 parents, siblings and peers they can perform magic anywhere and for anyone!
After their little show they will be presented with the much coveted Wizard School certificate from the professor, in front of everyone, to a thunderous applause. This gives the little wizards a sense of accomplishment and pride in their hard work on the day.
